Delivery costs when ordering from our online store are 5.90 euros. For other places 10-20e

Delivery via Posti usually takes 1-4 days. 

All products in our online store are in stock and ready to ship. We update our inventory regularly to make your shopping as smooth and reliable as possible. If a product is temporarily out of stock, it will be marked as sold out in the online store until we receive a replenishment. If you have any questions, you can contact us using the form – we will be happy to help!

We are at the warehouse from 3pm to 9pm. We recommend placing your orders during this time, as all orders placed during the day will be shipped the same evening. On weekends, we recommend ordering before Sunday evening. Orders placed on Monday will usually not be shipped until Tuesday.

 

You can conveniently track your order via the OmaPosti application. Orders are usually registered in Posti's system on the same day. If your order does not appear in the system within a few days, please contact our customer service to find out the location of your package.

Yes, you will receive an order confirmation by email and a paper receipt with your order. 

Yes! You can add it to your order without additional postage costs if the product has not been shipped. Please note that the products are usually shipped the same day. You can track the status via the Omaposti application.
