The customer has a right under the Consumer Protection Act to 14-day right of return receipt of the order, unless otherwise stated. The right of return does not apply to electrical components and not custom-made products purchased separately according to the customer's wishesThe return period may be extended on a case-by-case basis.

Returns must always be notified by email to ktracing.fi@gmail.com or in another unambiguous way. A phone call is not enough.

Condition of products to be returned

The product to be returned must be unused and ready for sale. If the product has been used or is no longer saleable, we will deduct from the amount to be returned. a reasonable impairment loss, which can be up to 100 % of the product price.

The customer pays the return shipping costs at their own expense.

Payment method costs

Separate payment method costs (e.g. postage) will not be refunded.

Incorrect orders by the customer

If the customer places an order incorrectly (e.g. wrong product, wrong quantity, or other error on the part of the customer), a refund is possible in accordance with the terms and conditions, but:

• Delivery charges or payment intermediary fees (e.g. postage or handling charges) will not be refunded.

• The refund costs (€6) will also be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Incorrect products

If the product is incorrect, false or arrived damaged, the refund is free of charge, and we will refund the full amount, including delivery and return costs.
